Low Impact Aquatics

Low Impact Aquatics uses moves adapted from land based Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and incorporates Ai Chi designed for water.  Participants will gain strength, endurance and flexibility through gentle movement, sustained positions and efficient breathing with little to no pressure on joints.

This class is 4 weeks long and meets on Mondays at 11:45 am starting November 25.

Circuits and HIITS

Circuits and HIITS (High Intensity Interval Training) is an exciting and challenging NEW aquatic class that combines group exercise and individual training to focus on strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and more.  Circuits and interval training is a great way to build an exercise regimen for participation in class or exercising in other pools.  Posture, proper breathing and safe responsible movement are the foundation of the class.  This is a 4 week class starting Tuesday, November 26 at 4:15 PM

Deep/Shallow Workout

Enjoy your workout in shallow water or deep water or a combination of both.  Exercises will be performed in any depth water and can be easily modified based upon the needs of the participant.  Individuals will have opportunities to work on posture, balance and fitness level.

This is a 4 week class starting on Tuesday, November 26 at 5:15 pm

Class is a 3 week session and meets on Thursdays at 4:15 pm starting December 5.

If you have been curious about water exercise, but aren't sure if it is for you, this is a perfect way to try it out.  Or, if you have been participating in water exercise classes and want just a little more workout time before the holidays, join in this class and follow your own program or share time with the rest of the class.  Classes will provide an opportunity to work with water exercise equipment, learn how to increase or decrease work levels to meet your needs and explore the fun of working in deep or shallow water.

This 3 week session starts on Thursday, December 5 at 5:15 pm.
